Class Details - Mindful Moves
Come and join in the fun as we challenge the brain by focusing on co-ordination as well as working on balance, strength and range of movement.
This is a great way to exercise the brain!
We meet at 9am every Tuesday morning for a fun 45 minutes. During lockdown we are meeting on line via Zoom and you’ll be sent the log in details once you’re booked on.
What to bring to the session;
Bottle of water - to keep hydrated
Comfortable non slip footwear
Comfortable clothing
A towel
Smovey Rings are optional, if you have them, feel free to use them.
If you’re new to the session, you will need to complete our short and sweet health questionnaire below first, once received, you can then book on.
