Class Details - Zoom Workout

Come and join in the fun as we give our whole body a workout in just 45 minutes!

This session
ticks so many boxes

  • cardio

  • strength

  • power

  • amplitude and speed of movement

Together with flexibility, stretching out the whole body in one circuit session.

No weights needed, just your own body weight.

  • 45 minute session

  • 5 minute warm up followed by

  • 25 minutes of 3 sets of 4 exercises - 1 minute work and 1 minute rest or active recovery.

  • 10 minute cool down and stretch, leaving 5 minutes for a chat and feedback of the session.

This is sure to set you up for the day!!

We meet at 9am every Monday & Thursday morning for a fun 45 minutes. During lockdown we are meeting on line via Zoom and you’ll be sent the log in details once you’re booked on.


What to bring to the session;

  • Bottle of water - to keep hydrated

  • Comfortable non slip footwear

  • Comfortable clothing

  • A towel

If you’re new to the session, you will need to complete our short and sweet health questionnaire below first, once received, you can then book on.
