I’ve spent over seven years supporting older adults and nearly six years helping people rebuild after:

- Parkinsons
- MS and other neurological conditions
I bring professional expertise alongside lived insight; navigating menopause, dyslexia, and anxiety, so I understand both the science and the struggle.
