Movement Specialist

I’ve spent over seven years supporting older adults and nearly six years helping people rebuild after:

  • Stroke
  • Parkinsons
  • MS and other neurological conditions

I bring professional expertise alongside lived insight; navigating menopause, dyslexia, and anxiety, so I understand both the science and the struggle.

My mission is simple: to help you move well, feel capable, and live fully.  Together, we’ll build strength, resilience, and independence, one step at a time.
