Multiple Sclerosis (MS) & Parkinsons Exercise

Living with a neurological condition such as MS or Parkinsons can feel isolating, but movement, done the right way, changes everything.

  • Empathy & fun
  • Community to help you stay stronger, steadier and more confident in daily life.

What Is “Neuro Fitness” Exercise?

Every Neuro Fitness session is thoughtfully designed to:

    • Improve balance, posture and walking

    • Ease muscle stiffness and build strength

    • Support everyday tasks so life feels easier

    • Boost confidence, self-esteem and motivation

    • Help you manage your condition and take back control

Without regular, targeted movement and social connection, there can be a loss of mobility, increased vulnerability and a decline in wellbeing.

Why People Come To Neuro Fitness…

Many people with MS or Parkinsons tell me:
  • “My balance isn’t what it was”
  • “Everyday tasks are getting harder”
  • “I feel stiff and weaker”
  • “I’m losing confidence and motivation”
But it doesn’t have to be this way. Exercise is as important as medication, and we all need to keep moving.

Classes are kept small and specialist led by a qualified specialist neurological instructor and older-adult exercise professional (that’s me, Carol). My mission is simple: to help you move better, feel better and live better — whether that’s through small, supportive group classes or personalised one-to-one sessions in your own home.

You’ll get personal attention, safe adaptations, and evidence-based guidance in every session.

Helping you build strength, balance, posture, stamina, and confidence at your own pace.

Here’s How To Get Started

Contact me if you are interested in trying Neuro Strong.

I will usually invite you to observe a class, then if it feels a good fit mutually, I invite you to a free class – and then if everything is okay to proceed you can sign up for the sessions.

“Very beneficial”

The group classes are very beneficial for my aches and pains. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the classes, highlight of my week!
